I just use SmartAssembly, and then I pack it with WinLicense if I ever need to protect my code.

If you wanted to, you could still decompile it. But it will be insanely difficult.

No one's really going to waste their time trying to decompile an AutoIT or C# bot for Maplestory.

AutoIT scripts (compiled by the program itself) I think, can be partially decompiled.

Besides, those who are capable of trying hard and almost succeeding with decompiling your script can make a similar one themselves.
